単なる保守ではなく、全体アーキテクチャの方向性を定義・推進する重要な役割であり、技術的な意見発信や設計レビューを通じて、エンタープライズ規模の変革に深く関わることができます。

• VBA等のレガシーシステム分析・分解
• Javaを中心としたモダンアーキテクチャへの移行設計・推進
• クリーンコード基準、開発ガイドライン、ドキュメント標準の策定
• スケーラブルで保守性・拡張性の高いシステム設計
• モノリシック構成からモジュール化／マイクロサービス化への再設計

Join a major European bank undergoing a large-scale technology transformation. As a Java Architect / Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing legacy banking systems, migrating from older technologies such as VBA to modern, cloud-ready Java architectures. This role goes beyond maintenance-you will influence architectural direction, challenge design assumptions, and collaborate with high-performing engineering teams to shape enterprise-scale platforms used across global banking operations.

• Analyze and decompose legacy platforms built on outdated technologies such as VBA
• Design and lead migrations to modern, enterprise-grade Java architectures
• Define clean-code standards, documentation practices, and development guidelines
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and extensible systems for long-term use
• Drive system redesign from monolithic structures to modular or microservice-based architectures
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams
• Act as a technical authority, providing guidance and mentoring within the engineering group
• Contribute to long-term system roadmaps and enterprise architecture blueprints

必須条件経験・資格：

• **Java（エンタープライズ開発）**における豊富な実務経験
• VBA等の旧来技術を含むレガシーシステムのモダナイゼーション経験
• システムアーキテクチャ設計およびアプリケーション設計の深い知識
• 銀行・証券、保険など金融業界におけるシステム開発経験
• 複雑な既存システムを現実的に再設計できる能力

• 技術的な意見を明確に伝え、設計議論をリードできるコミュニケーション力

• Extensive experience with enterprise-level Java development
• Proven track record modernizing or migrating legacy systems (e.g., VBA, desktop or scripting-based platforms)
• Strong background in system architecture, application design, and large-scale system redesign
• Experience working within financial services, banking, or insurance technology environments
• Ability to analyze complex systems and redesign them pragmatically for modern platforms

• Strong communication skills with confidence to assert and defend technical opinions
