FIT Inbound Director, Travel Agency FITインバウンドディレクター 旅行代理店 (Hybrid Work, Global Atmosphere)


Our client, a global destination management company in the travel agency industry, is seeking an FIT Director to lead their FIT Inbound Department. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse team, drive sales performance, and develop unique travel products.


Key Responsibilities:

• - Manage FIT Inbound Department's financial performance and budget planning
• - Maintain key client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• - Develop unique travel products and experiences for clients
• - Supervise and evaluate department managers and team leaders
• - Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• - Coordinate with HR for timely recruitment and training

Qualifications:

• - 10+ years in travel industry management (mandatory)
• - Experience with P&L management (mandatory)
• - Strong client relationship management skills
• - Experience in team leadership and development
• - Proficiency in budget planning and financial analysis
• - Familiarity with travel product development
• - Knowledge of Japanese market and culture is preferred but not mandatory
• - Experience with CRM and sales tools is preferred but not mandatory
