An established food and supply chain solutions provider is looking for a Marketing Manager to support the sales team to lead the company’s overall marketing strategy and execution. 

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company's inhouse brands across multiple categories and channels.

• Collaborate with the Sales Management Team to develop and execute trade marketing and promotional plans for Retail and Foodservice segments throughout Malaysia.

• Support the marketing and activation needs of agency brands represented by the company.

• Lead market research and category analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Uphold company’s corporate branding and communication standards across all channels.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Minimum 5- 7 years’ experience in FMCG marketing, preferably with exposure to distributor, agency, or principal-side operations.

• Strong analytical and project-management skills; able to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.

• Hands-on, collaborative, and commercially driven personality.  

• Passion for food, brand growth, and delivering results through partnership and innovation.
