Job Description: Trading Analyst

Location: BTS, Bkk City

About the Role

We are seeking a Trading Executive to support an agricultural products trading business involving sugar, molasses, cassava, and grains. The role offers the opportunity to build industry knowledge, develop key relationships, and gradually grow into greater commercial responsibility and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage trade entry and maintain position sheets.
• Analyze agricultural markets and domestic movements.
• Support internal credit and compliance procedures.
• Obtain quotes from key industry contacts for agri-products.
• Provide analytical support to the commercial team and assist in maintaining client relationships.
• Collaborate with the team to contribute to business strategies and trading decisions.
• Provide market insights to the global trading team as part of broader strategy development.
• Coordinate with the global analysis team on market views and contribute to Thailand-focused content when required.
• Support the development of sustainability programs with relevant industry partners.
• Perform additional tasks as business needs evolve.

Requirements

• Strong interest in building a career in the agriculture or food industry.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an agriculture-related business (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Logistics, or related fields.
• Fluency in both Thai and English (spoken and written).
• Good analytical skill, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong proficiency in date management, power BI, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
