Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Customs Manager who holds a valid Customs Specialist License and has solid expertise in customs clearance operations. This role requires strong knowledge in customs regulations, tariff classification, and end-to-end import/export processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team to ensure smooth and compliant customs operations.

• Oversee daily customs clearance operations (import & export) to ensure full compliance with Thai Customs regulations
  Review and validate HS/Tariff codes, duty rates, and required documentation

• Provide guidance and problem-solving support for complex customs cases

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10+ operation team members

• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, customs officers, and clients

• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure all processes are aligned with the latest customs laws and regulations
  Ensure timely and accurate filing of all customs-related documentation

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field

• Must hold a valid Customs Specialist License

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in customs clearance operations in freight forwarding business

• Strong expertise in HS/Tariff code classification

• Experience managing and developing a team of 10 or more people

• Good command of English (spoken and written)

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
