OVERVIEW
Our client in heavy equipment industry looking for Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager to strengthen their market presence and dealer network. This role will be focus on developing dealer relationships, driving product sales, and expanding business opportunities by directly engaging with distributors and end-users. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers to promote and sell heavy equipment products, especially for infrastructures project 

   

• Communicate and engage directly with end-users to understand project needs and provide suitable product solutions 

   

• Conduct regular client visit 

   

• Expand market coverage and identify new project for business opportunities 

   

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic input to management 

   

• Prepare sales reports and performance updates 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma Degree in any major 

   

• At least 5 years of experience in sales or related roles within the heavy equipment industry 

   

• Strong network and relationship with distributors/dealers are highly preferred

   

• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written) 

   

• Wiling to be placed at Cikarang
