【Lead Full Stack Engineer】International Team/ Remote/ Hybrid

Now preparing for Series C funding and expanding across Japan, India, Taiwan, and the Philippines, they are hiring a Lead Full Stack Engineer with clear progression toward a future Tech Lead role.

In this position, you will:

• Lead front-end, back-end, and infrastructure development within your product team
• Partner with Product Managers and reflect customer feedback in new features
• Drive architectural decisions and technical initiatives
• Modernize systems (microservices, event-driven architecture)
• Help define development standards in a scaling engineering organization

Requirements

• 5+ years of system development experience
• Strong experience with TypeScript and React
• Full-stack development experience (frontend and backend)
• Experience and confidence in technology selection (assess technical requirements, costs, and operability)
• Ability to manage the full lifecycle from specification to release
• Code review experience
• REST API design experience
• Business-level Japanese and conversational or higher English skills

Nice to Have

• 2+ years of technical lead experience (team size 5+)
• Experience with Go
• Experience with domain-driven design or clean architecture
• gRPC API development experience
• Next.js development experience
• CI/CD pipeline implementation
• AWS infrastructure experience (Docker, Terraform, CDK, etc.)
• Business-level English
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve development productivity and knowledge sharing
