Overview

We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer to join our team and act as the technical backbone of our digital operations. As a growing e-commerce company, we rely on a diverse ecosystem of tools. We need someone who can bridge the gaps between these systems, centralize our data, and build the internal tools that keep our business moving fast.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you won't just be writing code; you will be building the infrastructure for our future growth. Your main tasks will include:

• Website Mastery: Maintain and update our corporate presence and various e-commerce storefronts to ensure high performance and a seamless user experience.
• Systems Integration: Connect our various platforms (E-commerce, CRM, ERP) to ensure data flows smoothly across the business.
• Data Centralization: Move our siloed information into a unified, accessible environment to ensure a "single source of truth" for the entire company.
• Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards that allow our team to access real-time data and generate actionable reports.
• Automation: Use Power Automate and other tools to eliminate manual tasks and optimize our internal workflows.
• Custom Tooling: Develop small, agile internal applications to solve specific business challenges for our team.

• Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technology to identify opportunities to grow the eCommerce channels and drive online sales performance.

What we are looking for

• Full Stack Proficiency: Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and back-end languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, or .NET).
• E-commerce Experience: Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Data Management: Proven ability to manage databases (SQL) and ensure data integrity across multiple connected systems.
• Automation Mindset: Experience using Microsoft Power Automate or similar automation platforms to streamline business processes.
• Problem Solver: Proactively identify bottlenecks and engineer smarter, more efficient ways for our business to operate.
• Fluency in interpreting and working with third-party APIs.
• You take personal responsibility for your deadlines, code quality, and tasks.
