• 日本法人におけるSAP導入プロジェクトの推進（国内外のステークホルダーと連携）
• SAP稼働後の経理財務プロセス、内部統制、レポーティング体制の構築・改善
• 月次・四半期・年次の財務レポーティングを担当し、日本CFOへ直接レポート
• 予算策定、フォーキャスト、差異分析を通じた意思決定支援
• 製品ローンチ支援（卸売販売における収益認識・財務プロセス整備）
• 日本の営業・オペレーションチームに対する財務ビジネスパートナー業務
• グローバル財務チームと連携し、グループ方針・基準との整合性を確保

A fast-growing global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Finance Manager to join its Japan business in Tokyo. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a lean and flat organization where you will take a hands-on role locally while contributing to global finance initiatives. You will lead key finance transformation projects including SAP implementation, strengthen reporting and controls, and partner closely with business teams to support growth and multiple product launches in Japan.

• Lead and support the implementation of SAP for the Japan business, working closely with both global and local stakeholders
• Establish and enhance finance processes, controls, and reporting frameworks following SAP go-live
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for Japan, reporting directly to the CFO Japan
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making
• Support new product launches by ensuring appropriate financial processes for distributor sales and revenue recognition
• Act as a key finance business partner to commercial and operational teams in Japan
• Liaise with global finance teams to ensure alignment with group finance policies and standards

必須条件経験・資格：

• 外資系企業や日系グローバル企業における財務・会計領域の実務経験（製薬業界経験は不問）
• SAP導入経験、または大規模システムアップグレードに実務レベルで関わった経験
• 財務会計報告、予算管理、財務予測・フォーキャスト、内部統制に関する知識・経験

• フラットな組織で実力を発揮できる方
• 成長中の環境で先を読みながら主体的に業務に取り組める方
• 関係者を巻き込みながらプロジェクトを前に進めるコミュニケーション力

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会議対応含む）

• 公認会計士、USCPA などの会計資格

• Experience in finance or accounting roles within multinational companies (pharmaceutical industry experience is not required)
• Hands-on experience with SAP implementation or major finance system upgrades
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls

• Ability to operate effectively in a growing and changing environment with limited hierarchy
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a proactive and hands-on mindset
• Strong business partnering skills with the confidence to communicate clearly across functions

• Japanese: Native-level
• English: Intermediate to Business-level

• CPA, USCPA, or equivalent qualification is a plus
