• 株式およびデリバティブ取引の決済業務全般の管理・統括
• 取引照合、決済不一致の解消、資金管理の実行
• コーポレートアクション対応および規制当局・取引所へのレポーティング
• ポジション・残高照合を通じた内部統制およびオペレーションリスク管理
• グローバルチームと連携した業務改善・プロセス最適化の推進
• システム更改、UAT、業務プロジェクトのサポートおよびエスカレーション対応

This is a senior operations role within a globally active financial services organization, offering the opportunity to lead critical securities operations in Japan. As Operations Control Manager, you will ensure accurate trade settlement, strong operational controls, and regulatory compliance while driving continuous process improvement in a global, fast-paced environment. This role provides strong exposure to international teams and plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence and risk management standards.

• Lead daily securities operations, ensuring timely and accurate settlement of equity and derivatives trades
• Review trade matching, resolve settlement failures, and manage funding requirements across transactions
• Oversee corporate actions processing and external regulatory reporting to authorities and exchanges
• Execute trade and position reconciliations, maintaining strong controls and closing operational gaps
• Drive workflow improvements, risk mitigation initiatives, and operational efficiency in collaboration with global teams
• Support system upgrades, UAT, and operational projects while handling escalations and ad hoc operational matters

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 証券会社、カストディアン、クリアリング機関等での証券決済・オペレーション経験（6年目安）
• 決済、照合、規制対応の知識

• 高い責任感とリスク意識を持った業務遂行能力
• 変化の多い環境でも柔軟に対応できる適応力
• 問題解決志向および継続的改善への意欲
• 関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション能力

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（読み書き・会話）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会話）

• フロントからバックオフィスまでのトレードライフサイクル全体がわかれば尚可
• システム導入、UAT、業務改善プロジェクトへの参画経験歓迎
• 外資系金融機関での実務経験

• Over 6 years of experience in securities settlement or operations within financial institutions such as brokers, custodians, or clearinghouses
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle from front office to back office
• Hands-on experience with reconciliations, regulatory reporting, and operational controls
• Experience supporting system implementations, UAT, or operational transformation projects

• Strong attention to detail with a risk-aware mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-volume operational environment
• Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Japanese: Business level (written and verbal)
• English: Business level (written and verbal)

• Exposure to regulatory reporting in securities or investment banking environments
