A global technology-driven organization is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support large-scale IT and digital transformation initiatives in Tokyo. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with local and global stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical solutions. You will play a key role in system analysis, implementation, and delivery within a highly international and collaborative environment.

• Analyze and document business and system requirements to support IT initiatives
• Collaborate with IT, product, and regional stakeholders across global teams
• Translate functional requirements into clear technical specifications and documentation
• Support system implementation, integration, testing, and release activities
• Facilitate UAT, manage change requests, and ensure smooth system adoption

必須条件 経験・資格：

• ビジネスアナリスト、またはテクニカルアナリストとしての実務経験4年以上
• システムアーキテクチャ、API、データフローがわかること
• SDLC、Agile、Scrum環境での業務経験
• BRD / FRD / 技術ドキュメント作成スキル

• 分析力・課題解決力
• ビジネス側・テクノロジー側と円滑に意思疎通できるコミュニケーション能力
• タスクの優先順位を見極めながら、自律的に業務を進める自己管理能力
• 変化の多いグローバル環境への適応力
• 細部への注意力

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上

• 金融システム、ERP、またはHRISの経験
• SQL、データマッピング、システム連携の知識
• クラウドプラットフォームやSaaS製品の利用経験

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and data flows
• Experience working in SDLC, Agile, or Scrum-based environments
• Ability to create clear BRD, FRD, and technical documentation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Clear and confident communication with both business and technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Adaptable mindset in a fast-paced, global environment
• Detail-oriented with a structured and logical working style

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Business level or above

• Experience with financial systems, ERP, or HRIS platforms
• Knowledge of SQL, data mapping, or system integrations
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms or SaaS solutions
