【外資系決済代行】リーガルカウンセル（マネージャ―）｜企業内弁護士

ペイメントやマーチャント・アクワイアリング事業に強い外資系フィンテックの日本事業を法務面から支援するポジションです。PQE3年目安。

日本国内のビジネス部門やプロダクトチーム、リージョナルの法務チームと密に連携しながら、商務法務および規制対応を実務レベルで担当いただきます。外資系フィンテック領域で、インハウス法務としての専門性を高められる環境です。

• 決済・マーチャントアクワイアリング事業における新規サービスやプロダクト立ち上げの法務支援
• 加盟店やビジネスパートナーとの各種商業契約の作成・レビュー・交渉・管理
• 資金決済法、金融規制、AML、競争法、個人情報保護、アウトソーシング規制等に関する法的助言
• 戦略的パートナーシップ、アライアンス、M&A関連案件のサポート（上位者の監督下）
• 訴訟・紛争・クレーム対応における外部弁護士との連携・管理
• 社内ステークホルダーへの日常的な法務・ガバナンス・オペレーション支援
• 法務予算管理、レポーティング、社内法務プロセスのサポート

This role supports a rapidly growing payments and merchant acquiring business by providing hands-on commercial and regulatory legal advice in Japan. You will work closely with business, product, and regional legal teams to enable new initiatives while ensuring compliance within a highly regulated financial services environment. This is an excellent opportunity to build strong in-house legal expertise within a global fintech-driven organization.

• Support business development initiatives and new product or service launches within the payments and merchant acquiring business
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts with merchants, partners, and vendors
• Advise internal stakeholders on Japanese regulations covering payments, financial services, AML, competition, privacy, and outsourcing
• Support strategic partnerships, alliances, and M&A-related matters under senior supervision
• Manage litigation, disputes, and claims in coordination with external counsel when required
• Provide day-to-day legal, governance, and operational advice to business teams
• Support legal budget tracking, reporting, and internal legal processes

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 日本の弁護士資格
• 金融、決済代行/ペイメント、フィンテック、テクノロジー、またはその他規制が厳しい業界の法務に関わった経験（PQE3年程度）
• 規制が厳しい業界・ビジネスにおける法務サポート経験

• ビジネス部門と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション能力
• 実務的、ビジネスマインド
• ソリューション志向
• グローバルかつスピード感のある環境で、関連部署と連携しながら業務を進められること

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上

• 金融機関または外資系企業でのインハウス法務経験
• 決済・フィンテック・マーチャントアクワイアリング分野の知見
• クロスボーダー案件やリージョナル案件の対応経験

• Qualified lawyer admitted in Japan
• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in financial services, payments, fintech, technology, or a related regulated industry
• Experience providing legal support within a regulated business environment

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders
• Practical, business-oriented mindset with a solutions-focused approach
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, global organization

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Fluent level

• Prior in-house legal experience at a financial institution or multinational company
• Exposure to payments, merchant acquiring, or fintech-related regulatory matters
• Experience handling cross-border or regional legal matters
