• サーバー、ネットワーク機器、ラック、構内配線に関する障害対応（ブレークフィックス）
• データセンター内のハードウェア設置・交換・トラブルシューティング
• サーバーの導入、保守、最適化作業のサポート
• 新規ラック設置やインフラ構築プロジェクトの計画・実行
• チケットベースの運用環境における優先順位管理・エスカレーション対応
• 他の技術チームやオペレーションチームとの連携

As a Data Center Engineer, you will work hands-on with modern hardware and infrastructure while continuously developing your technical skills in a 24/7 production environment. • Perform break-fix support for servers, networking equipment, racks, and structured cabling
• Install, replace, and troubleshoot data center hardware and physical infrastructure
• Support server deployment, maintenance, and optimization activities
• Plan and execute new rack installations and infrastructure buildouts
• Manage tickets, prioritize tasks, and handle issue escalation in a production environment
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional technical and operations teams

• ITインフラ、サーバー、ネットワーク機器、ハードウェアに関する基礎的な実務経験
• 機器トラブルや物理インフラ対応の経験
• 深夜・週末を含むシフト勤務に対応可能な方

• Hands-on experience in a data center or mission-critical operations environment
• Practical exposure to IT infrastructure, hardware systems, or networking equipment
• Experience supporting hardware troubleshooting, cabling, or operational tasks

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn new technologies and build technical expertise
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends

• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Basic knowledge of server hardware, storage, or networking concepts
