Brief Job Description:
Join a major life insurer in Tokyo as a Security Engineer specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM).

You will lead IAM initiatives, advise on IT security for applications and infrastructure, and collaborate with global teams to protect sensitive information.

The role involves monitoring IAM controls, implementing security improvements, performing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in information security.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, technology trends, and relevant regulations.
• Ability to prepare reports and present clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

 Preferred Experience:

• Experience with business application development or IT infrastructure hardening.
•   Experience with cloud security, data protection, and incident response.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
• Language: Native or near-native Japanese and intermediate English proficiency,
•  Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
