Job Description 

• Lead and manage quality assurance activities for EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) operations.

• Establish, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and IATF 16949 standards.

• Oversee quality audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processes meet customer requirements.

• Act as the key contact for customer quality issues and drive resolution.

• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QMS within the automotive parts manufacturing or OEM industry.

• Proven experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, or equivalent.

• At least 3 years of experience in team management, internal auditing, and customer certification processes.

• Strong ability to plan quality strategies and lead team operations effectively.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work efficiently across departments.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial-level position.
