COMPANY OVERVIEW

Our client – (Major bank in NYC) is looking for a Corporate Analyst in NYC. This is a hybrid position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Corporate Planning

   

  Drive corporate governance initiatives and related planning activities.
  Support the development and enhancement of company-wide policy and procedure frameworks, including required reporting.
  Handle general corporate planning tasks as assigned.

• Affiliate & Investment Management

   

  Oversee operational management of affiliated companies and investment entities.
  Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts with affiliates and investment targets.
  Support the creation and maintenance of operational frameworks.
  Manage application, approval, and administrative processes.

• Loan Management

   

  Perform loan operations and asset management–related tasks.
  Prepare documentation and coordinate internal approval workflows.
  Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; 2–3 years of relevant experience.

• English/Japanese bilingual proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).

• Ability to interpret policies and procedures in both languages.

   

• Banking industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.

SALARY
Salary range will be USD 80,000 - 100,000 (Depending on the experiences)
