A successful Senior Backend Engineer should have:

• Strong expertise in backend programming languages and frameworks.
• Minimum 5 year professional experiency with Python
• Ability to use Golang is a plus!
• Experience with API design and implementation.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
