Position:   Warehouse Asst. Mgr. 

Salary: 50,000 - 70,000 THB
Location: Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya 

Responsibilities:  

•  Manage and control overall operation of Warehouse 
•  Manage overall staff headcount and skill development 
•  Manage warehouse equipment to ensure readiness and efficiency 
•  Manage and control cost /Expenses usage of warehouse 
•  Manage Safety quality cost delivery in Warehouse to effectiveness. 
•  Manage team to perform correct works following control plan 
•  Manage and control warehouse operation through motivation, mention and coaching. 
•  Supervise warehouse staff to comply with the company regulations and meet Organizational goals 
•  Report operation and department KPI result to management team 
•  Improve productivity, safety environment and internal Warehouse operation and process efficiently 
•  Coordinate with departments such as logistics, Planning, Purchasing, Production 
•  Collect and manage data relating to warehouse activities (Receive, Stock, Issues, Balance) 
•  Design the layout of warehouse to maximize space utilization and supply efficiency 
•  Ensure the work standards are taken seriously on operations site and handling customer audits 
(sometimes European will come) 
•  Plan and all the employees’ competence, upgrade Knowledge. 

Qualifications:  

•  Have management experience at least 3 years as Warehouse Supervisor or higher 
•  At least 5 Years of experience in Warehouse or Logistics management or Supply chain in 
manufacturing site. (Not from Logistic companies) 
•  Strong organization and leadership skills and ability to work in high pressure environment and work 
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, planning skills and space management 
•  Knowledge of Warehouse operation, including inventory management and material handling 
•  Ability to manage Warehouse and delivery team to achieve target 
•  Proficiency in using inventory management system (WMS) 
•  Knowledge in IATF16949, VDA or MMOG /LE are preferred
