Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, or related field).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PPAP preparation within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IATF 16949 requirements
• Familiarity with APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and Control Plans

Job Description

• Develop, compile, and submit complete PPAP documentation for new model components.
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and IATF 16949 standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to validate part readiness.
• Implement and maintain IATF 16949 processes across new product development.
• Conduct risk assessments, FMEA, and control plan reviews.
• Support audits and customer reviews related to PPAP and quality systems.
• Work closely with design, manufacturing, and supplier quality teams to ensure smooth product launch.
• Provide technical guidance on quality requirements to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of PPAP submissions, approvals, and deviations.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and customers.
