Our client, a regional trading & distribution company within the specialty chemicals industry, is hiring for a senior sales executive. 

Role Summary

• Drive sales growth of chemical products across Asian markets.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage key customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets with a strong hunter mindset.
• Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own sales performance and develop strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets.
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities while managing existing accounts.
• Negotiate commercial terms and align sales activities with principals’ strategies.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, customer support, and credit management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the chemicals industry.
• Proven ability to acquire new customers and grow profitable business.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.
