• ライブコマース施策の立ち上げ・拡大に向け、プロジェクトを主体的に推進していただきます。具体的な業務は以下の通りです。
• TikTokやeBayのライブ配信（※英語）；日本の高級ブランドや商品を魅力的にアメリカ市場に紹介し、売り上げを創出
• ショート動画コンテンツの企画・制作・投稿スケジュール管理；認知と集客を強化
• 商品撮影、出品登録、注文確認、真贋・有効性チェックなどの運用業務
• 在庫・受注・出荷管理など、配信後の業務フロー改善に取り組み、顧客満足度向上に貢献

Are you confident on camera, highly organised, and excited to work in the world of luxury resale and live commerce? This is a unique opportunity to become the face of a fast-growing startup expanding into the US market. As a (Haken) Live Shopping Host, you will lead high-energy live shopping sessions, build short-form content, and manage end-to-end operations to drive sales of premium Japanese luxury goods through platforms like TikTok and eBay.

• Take full ownership of the live shopping project, acting as a proactive self-starter who can lead and scale daily operations
• Host energetic and engaging live streams on TikTok and eBay, showcasing Japanese luxury products to a US audience and driving sales
• Create and schedule short-form content throughout the week to build excitement and maintain consistent brand visibility
• Manage end-to-end operational workflows including product photography, listing creation, order confirmation, and validity checks
• Improve operational processes by streamlining the "Live-to-Ship" pipeline to ensure accurate tracking, zero errors, and smooth fulfilment

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上
• 英語：流暢（必須）

• TikTok運用、ライブ配信、ショート動画制作の経験
• 越境EC、SNSマーケティング、販売や接客などの関連経験
• 高級商材（ラグジュアリー／ブランド品）に関する興味・知識

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage fast-moving workflows accurately
• Comfortable managing inventory tracking, order processing, and product handling in a high-volume environment
• Confident on-camera communication skills with the ability to sell products effectively to Western audiences
• Strong self-starter mindset with the ability to execute strategies independently with minimal supervision

• High energy and charisma with strong stage presence and customer engagement skills
• Proactive, ownership-driven personality with a "run-with-it" attitude
• Ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining accuracy and consistency

• Japanese: Business level (Intermediate/Business)
• English: Fluent

• TikTok hosting, live streaming, or short-form content creation experience
• Experience in e-commerce, sales operations, or working with premium consumer products
