ITプロダクトマネージャーとして、ユーザーの「見つけやすさ（Discovery）」と「関連性（Relevance）」を高め、CVR改善・売上成長につながるプロダクト戦略を推進します。

データと実験（A/Bテスト）を軸に、エンジニア・デザイナー・アナリストと連携しながら、グローバル規模でプロダクトを育てていける魅力的な環境です。

• 事業目標に沿った検索・推薦機能のプロダクトビジョン／戦略策定
• 定量・定性データをもとにプロダクトバックログを管理し優先順位付け
• エンジニア／デザイン／分析チームと連携し、プロダクト開発を推進
• A/BテストやKPI設計、効果測定を行い改善サイクルを継続的に実施
• ステークホルダー調整およびトレードオフ判断により価値ある成果を創出

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a large-scale digital marketplace used daily by millions of users. This role offers the opportunity to own and shape search and recommendation experiences at scale, improving discovery, relevance, and conversion through modern product leadership. As an IT Product Manager, you will drive strategy and execution globally, working with expert engineering, design, and analytics teams in a high-impact environment powered by experimentation and data-driven decision making.

• Define product vision and strategy for search and recommendation capabilities aligned with business goals.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog using quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, and analytics partners.
• Drive experimentation, measurement, and iteration to improve user discovery and conversion.
• Align stakeholders and negotiate tradeoffs to deliver meaningful product outcomes.

必須条件経験・資格：

• コンシューマー向けWebまたはモバイルアプリでのプロダクトマネジメント経験 5年以上
• アジャイル開発に精通していること
• メンバーが自律的に動くプロダクトチームをまとめた経験
• UXデザイナーと協業し、ユーザー体験改善を行った実務経験
• SQLまたは同等スキルを用いたデータ分析経験（示唆抽出〜意思決定）
• A/Bテストの設計・実施・評価の実務経験

• 企画から実行までやり切る強いオーナーシップ
• 技術・非技術の関係者双方と連携できる論理的なコミュニケーション力
• スピード感ある環境で優先順位を判断し、成果につなげる推進力

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル
  

• 大規模プラットフォームにおける検索／ランキング／推薦システムの経験
• **機械学習（ML）**を活用した機能のPM経験または理解
• コンピュータサイエンス、データ領域などSTEM系学位・バックグラウンド

ITのハイクラス転職なら Morgan McKinley。

• 5+ years of product management experience in consumer mobile or web applications
• Strong understanding of agile software development and leading autonomous product teams
• Hands-on experience collaborating with UX designers to improve user experiences
• Data analysis skills using SQL (or equivalent) to generate actionable insights
• Practical experience designing, running, and evaluating A/B tests

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end
• Clear, structured communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making capability in fast-paced environments

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Experience with search, ranking, or recommendation systems in large-scale platforms
• Product management exposure to machine learning-powered features
• Academic background in computer science, data, or related STEM fields
