仕事内容

不動産開発・アセットマネジメント事業におけるファイナンス担当として、
SPCを含む会計・財務管理、レポーティング、FP&A業務を幅広くご担当いただきます。
日本法人および海外拠点と連携しながら、ガバナンスと実務の両面で事業を支える役割です。

主な業務内容

• SPC（TMK、GK、TK等）の会計・財務管理（JGAAP / IFRS）
• 月次・年次決算、仕訳レビュー、財務レポーティング
• 予算策定、予実管理、Forecastを含むFP&A業務
• キャッシュマネジメント、資金計画、Debt Covenant管理
• 税務申告対応および税務・会計アドバイザーとの連携
• 本社・リージョンFinanceチームとの連携、レポート作成
• 財務ガバナンス、内部統制、業務改善の推進

A key finance role supporting real estate development and asset management projects

Position Overview

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for financial accounting, reporting, and FP&A for development and asset management businesses, including SPC structures.
This role works closely with local and regional finance teams, external service providers, and senior stakeholders to ensure financial integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial accounting and reporting for SPCs under JGAAP and IFRS
• Monthly closing, journal review, and management reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (FP&A)
• Cash management, capital structuring, and loan covenant monitoring
• Tax compliance and coordination with external advisors
• Collaboration with regional and global finance teams
• Enhancement of financial controls, governance, and processes

応募資格

• 会計・財務領域での実務経験（目安5年以上）

• JGAAPおよびIFRSの知識・実務経験

• 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語での業務対応力（読み書き・会話）

• 複雑な情報を整理し、関係者と円滑に連携できる方

歓迎スキル・人物像

• SPCを活用した不動産・投資関連ビジネスの経験

• 外資系企業または多国籍環境での就業経験

• 税務、監査、Big4との協業経験

• 自ら課題を見つけ、改善提案まで行えるハンズオンな姿勢

• 日商簿記2級以上、CPAなどの資格保有者

Requirements

• Solid experience in accounting and finance (approx. 5+ years)

• Strong knowledge of JGAAP and IFRS

• Native-level Japanese and proficient English (written and verbal)

• Ability to manage complex information and work collaboratively across functions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SPC structures in real estate or investment-related businesses

• Background in multinational or foreign-affiliated companies

• Experience working with tax advisors, auditors, or Big4 firms

• Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong analytical skills

• Relevant certifications such as CPA or Bookkeeping Level 2 or above
