金融業界変革コンサルタント / Financial Services Transformation Consultant

• 金融サービス（銀行、保険、証券）クライアント向けの戦略立案・業務変革プロジェクトをリードする。

• プロジェクト進捗、課題、リスク、ステークホルダー期待を管理する。

• 経営層向けの報告書や資料を作成し、意思決定を支援する。

• 要件定義、テスト、移行、トレーニングを含むプロジェクト実行計画を策定・実施する。

• クライアントとの交渉や調整、グローバルオフィスとの連携を行う（英語使用）。

• プロジェクトチームを指導・管理し、パフォーマンス向上をサポートする。

• 大規模プロジェクトや多拠点チームの経験がある方歓迎。

• 高い問題解決力、論理的思考、グローバルマインドを活かして業務に貢献する。

• Lead strategy and transformation initiatives for financial services clients (banking, insurance, securities).

• Manage project progress, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

• Prepare executive-level reports and support decision-making.

• Develop and execute project plans including requirements, testing, migration, and training.

• Facilitate client negotiation and alignment with global offices (English required).

• Manage and coach project teams to drive performance.

• Experience in large-scale or multi-location projects is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and global mindset required.

• 大卒以上（経営学、金融、システム、または関連分野の学位が望ましい）

• コンサルティング、SIer、金融関連企業での5年以上の実務経験（シニアコンサルタントは3年以上）

• 金融サービス業界（銀行・保険・証券）での実務経験

• プロジェクト計画、要件定義、テスト、移行、トレーニングなどのシステム関連プロジェクト経験

• 英語・日本語によるビジネスコミュニケーション能力（口頭・文書）

• プレゼンテーション、ワークショップ、会議ファシリテーション能力

• チーム管理、指導、ステークホルダー調整能力

• 論理的思考力、問題解決力、分析力、注意力

• Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Project）およびモデリングツール（Sparx EA、Draw.IO等）の使用経験

• University degree, preferably in Business, Finance, IT, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, SI, or financial services (3+ years for Senior Consultant)

• Professional experience in financial services (banking, insurance, securities)

• Experience in system-related projects: planning, requirements, testing, migration, training

• Strong business communication skills in English and Japanese (verbal & written)

• Presentation, workshop, and meeting facilitation skills

• Team management, coaching, and stakeholder coordination experience

• Logical thinking, problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and modeling tools (Sparx EA, Draw.IO, etc.)
