Our client is a well-known company in the logistics sector, currently seeking an Operations Manager to oversee transportation and trucking operations and support business growth.

Salary: 80,000 - 150,000 THB (Negotiable)
Location: Bang Na Trad area

• Oversee daily logistics and trucking operations to ensure efficiency, cost control, and service quality.

• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows, on-time deliveries, and high customer satisfaction.

• Support the implementation of operational plans aligned with business goals.

• Monitor fleet performance, resource allocation, scheduling, and route optimization.

• Assist in preparing quotations, service proposals, and operational solutions for customers.

• Work with sales and customer service teams to support new business opportunities.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and transportation standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or trucking operations.

• Strong knowledge of road transportation, fleet management, and logistics processes.

• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.

• Ability to travel for site visits and operational support when needed.
