仕事内容

Energy AI分野で事業を展開するテクノロジー企業にて 新設されたビジネスアナリスト組織の一員として 要件定義およびプロジェクト推進を担っていただきます。
開発チームとビジネス部門の橋渡し役として グローバル標準であるBAの知見を実務に落とし込み 組織と役割の確立に貢献いただくポジションです。

主な業務内容

・ステークホルダーへのヒアリング ワークショップ 業務観察を通じた課題抽出
・現行 将来業務のモデル化（BPMN UML等）
・業務要件 非機能要件 受入基準の定義
・要件の優先順位付け 変更管理 トレーサビリティ管理
・代替案の比較検討 PoC プロトタイプの設計 評価
・UAT支援およびリリース後の効果測定 改善提案
・開発チームと連携したユーザーストーリー作成およびレビュー

Business Analyst (Energy AI)

Job Description

You will join a newly established Business Analyst team and support requirement definition and project execution in the Energy AI domain.
This role bridges business and development teams while applying global BA methodologies to real world projects and organizational design.

Key Responsibilities

・Identify business challenges through stakeholder interviews and workshops
・Model current and future processes using BPMN UML or similar
・Define business and non functional requirements and acceptance criteria
・Manage requirement prioritization changes and traceability
・Evaluate solution options and support PoC or prototyping
・Support UAT and post release performance evaluation
・Create and review user stories in collaboration with development teams

応募資格

・要件定義または業務分析の実務経験
・業務モデリングや要件定義書作成の経験
・抽象的な課題を整理し 要件として具体化できる方
・関係者を巻き込み 合意形成を推進できるコミュニケーション力
・日本語および英語での業務対応が可能な方

歓迎スキル等

・BABOKやIIBA認定資格の学習または取得経験
・アジャイル開発環境での要件管理経験
・SQL BIツールを用いた簡易分析経験
・Figma Miro Balsamiq等を用いたプロトタイピング経験
・BA組織や役割づくりに関心のある方

Requirements

・Experience in business analysis or requirements definition
・Hands on experience with process modeling and documentation
・Ability to translate abstract problems into concrete requirements
・Strong stakeholder management and consensus building skills
・Business level English and fluent Japanese

Preferred Qualifications

・Knowledge of BABOK or IIBA certifications
・Experience working in agile product development environments
・Basic data analysis or prototyping experience
・Interest in building and scaling a BA organization
