グローバルに事業を展開する消費財関連企業にて FP&A機能をリードし 経営判断および事業戦略を財務面から支えていただきます。
予算策定 予測 分析にとどまらず 部門横断でのプロジェクト推進や チームマネジメントも担うポジションです。

主な業務内容

・年間予算策定および月次フォーキャストの主導
・予実差異分析 事業パフォーマンス分析
・経営層向け財務レポートおよびプレゼン資料作成
・製品別 事業別の収益性分析
・コスト配分およびインターカンパニー整合性の管理
・キャッシュフロー予測および運転資本改善の推進
・会計チームと連携した正確な月次決算プロセスの確立
・FP&Aチームメンバーのマネジメント 育成
・部門横断プロジェクトへの参画および推進

Finance Manager (FP&A)

A leadership role driving strategic decision making through financial insight

Job Description

You will lead the FP&A function and support strategic decision making across the business.
This role partners closely with senior management and cross functional teams to drive business performance through budgeting forecasting and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

・Own annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes
・Conduct variance analysis and monitor key financial metrics
・Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management
・Perform product level and profitability analysis
・Manage cost allocation and intercompany consistency
・Oversee cash flow forecasting and working capital initiatives
・Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate closing processes
・Manage mentor and develop FP&A team members
・Drive cross functional financial and operational projects

・FP&A領域での実務経験をお持ちの方
・会計やコントローリングに関する基礎的な理解
・数字だけでなく ビジネス全体を見て考えられる方
・関係部門と円滑に連携できる高いコミュニケーション力
・ExcelやERPを用いた分析業務に強みをお持ちの方

歓迎スキル等

・製造 卸売 小売業界での財務経験
・JGAAPや財務規制への理解
・チームマネジメントまたは後輩育成経験
・業務改善やプロセス構築に主体的に関わった経験
・英語を使用した業務経験

Requirements

・Strong FP&A experience with a solid accounting and controlling foundation
・Ability to communicate clearly and work in a practical hands on manner
・Advanced Excel and ERP system skills
・Business level Japanese and English communication skills
・Capability to partner with stakeholders across the organization

Preferred Qualifications

・Experience in manufacturing wholesale or retail industries
・Knowledge of JGAAP and financial regulations
・Experience managing or mentoring team members
・Interest in driving business improvement beyond routine reporting
