Role: Investment Analyst and Investment Associate

- Opportunity Processing: Processing new investment opportunities by performing market assessments, determining competitive positioning, and conducting initial underwriting and deal structuring.

- Due Diligence: Leading diligence efforts for pursued deals, which involves business diligence, risk underwriting, and the management of external advisors.

- Financial Modeling: Building robust and flexible financial models to analyze project returns and optimize capital structures.

- Decision Support: Identifying risks and potential upsides, then presenting these analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to support management investment decisions.

- Performance Tracking: Monitoring the performance of key value drivers and general investment performance following the initial investment.

- Valuation and Finance: Performing regular internal valuations and assisting with the execution of ongoing financing transactions.

- Operational Support: Providing hands-on support to portfolio companies regarding project models, annual budgets, and compliance issues.

- Asset Lifecycle Support: Actively supporting all aspects of add-on investments and monetization efforts.

Requirements:
- Strong Financial Modelling Skills
- Bachelor's degree from Top University and strong GPA
- Business Japanese and English
- Permission to work in Japan (no visa sponsorship required)
- At least 2 years of experience in the Finance Industry (Finance analysis, Real Estate, Asset Management, Risk Management, Portfolio Management, Investment, etc...)
