本ポジションでは、法人融資、トランザクションバンキング、マーケット商品を含む幅広いソリューションを通じて、顧客との中長期的なパートナーシップを強化し、オリジネーションおよび案件執行を推進します。

• 日本の銀行および証券会社とのリレーションシップマネジメント、開拓
• 融資、トランザクションバンキング、マーケット商品などのオリジネーションおよびエクセキューション支援
• アカウントに関するディスカッションやアカウントプランニングへの参加
• クロスセルの推進（プロダクトチームやカバレッジチームなどと）
• 顧客向け提案資料、プレゼンテーション、社内資料の作成
• クレジット分析、承認プロセス、関連ドキュメントの作成をリード
• 円滑なデリバリを実現するため、必要に応じてグローバル＆リージョナルチームと連携すること

Join a top-tier global corporate and investment bank as a VP FIG Relationship Manager, responsible for managing and expanding relationships with Japanese banks and broker dealers. This role sits at the intersection of corporate banking, capital markets, and transaction banking, offering broad exposure across lending, markets, and credit engagement within a global platform. You will play a key role in origination, execution, and relationship development across Financial Institutions Group (FIG) clients.

• Manage and develop strategic relationships with Japanese banks and broker dealers.
• Support origination and execution across lending, transaction banking, and markets products.
• Participate in client discussions and contribute to account planning and relationship strategies.
• Drive cross-selling initiatives in coordination with product, coverage, and regional teams.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and internal documentation.
• Lead credit analysis, approval processes, and related credit documentation.
• Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure smooth client delivery.

必須条件経験・資格：

• FIGカバレッジ、コーポレートバンキング、またはキャピタルマーケッツの経験5〜10年
• 銀行、およびブローカーディーラーのビジネスモデルをしっかり理解していること
• クレジット分析、リスク評価、トランザクション執行の実務経験
• 融資、トランザクションバンキング、マーケット商品を横断した業務対応力
• 外資系金融、または国際的に展開している日系金融機関での実務経験

• 5-10 years of experience in FIG coverage, corporate banking, or capital markets.
• Strong understanding of banking and broker dealer business models.
• Solid experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, and transaction execution.
• Ability to work across lending, transaction banking, and markets products.
• Experience operating within a global banking environment.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organised, and reliable working style.
• Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Prior experience as a FIG banker within a major Japanese bank (Megabank).
