• Manage and maintain strong relationships with global trade finance clients.
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality client service experience across all touchpoints.
• Act as the main point of contact for trade finance-related client inquiries.

• Support client retention through proactive engagement and service follow-up.

必須条件経験・資格：

• 大卒以上
• 銀行、または関連分野の経験
• トレードファイナンスの商品および業務プロセスに関する実務知識
• 複数の業務やステークホルダーを同時に管理できること

• コミュニケーション能力、信頼関係構築力
• 顧客視点、顧客に優れたサービスを提供しようという意識・姿勢
• 課題解決力、判断力
• 業務に対する積極性、主体性
• プレッシャーのある環境でも冷静に、安定して対応できる方

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会話）

• 外資系銀行またはグローバルな金融機関でのクライアントサービス経験
