PR/118901 | Sales Coordinator (Chinese Speaking, HSK 5)

Job Description:

• Provide sales support for Chinese accounts, ensuring clear and accurate communication with customers through email, telephone, and other channels.
• Deliver comprehensive administrative and clerical assistance to the sales team.
• Facilitate smooth communication between sales, customers, and both internal and external parties through courteous and prompt coordination and correspondence.
• Prepare quotations and documents as instructed by the sales team.
• Conduct follow-up actions related to sales and shipment matters as requested.
• Input sales-related information into internal systems when required.
• Provide high-quality service to customers and manage customer complaints professionally and effectively.
• Perform telemarketing activities or join sales visits with local sales staff to support business development.
• Prepare various reports as needed.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics or trading business, with relevant knowledge of shipping process.
• Fluent in Chinese language, HSK 5 or 6 is required.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken), able to communicate with international team.
• Supportive with communication and coordination skills.
