Position: PCBA Assembly Assistant Manager (Backend)

Location: Amata Chonburi

Total Package: 40,000 - 50,000 THB/Month (Based on experience)

Job Description:

• Plan and control the production processes of Wave Soldering, Conformal Coating, and Test (ICT / FCT / Functional Test).

• Control product quality to comply with internal standards and customer requirements.

• Analyze and solve defects such as solder bridge, insufficient solder, coating NG, and test failures.

• Improve manufacturing processes to reduce defects and increase yield.

• Manage and supervise Supervisors and production staff.

• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Planning departments.

• Support quality activities such as ISO, IATF, and customer audits.

• Prepare and report production results, defect data, yield, and related KPIs.

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing.

• Direct experience in Wave / Coating / Test processes.

• Experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Wave Soldering, Conformal Coating, and Test processes.

• Good understanding of PCBA manufacturing standards and process control.

• Leadership and people management skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills (Root Cause Analysis, 8D).
