1. ユーザーのニーズ洞察および行動分析を担当し、ユーザー側の映像体験における課題やニーズを掘り下げ、ニーズの優先順位を分析する。
2. 映像製品の評価能力の構築を担当し、映像効果および体験の方向性の分解と細分化を支援し、ユーザーの典型的なシーンのカバー率と客観的評価能力を向上させ、専門的な評価体系を構築する。
3. 映像製品の評価およびユーザーリサーチプロジェクトのプロセスと運用効率の向上を担当し、ラボツールの構築を通じて、客観的な定量化能力と効率を段階的に高める。
4. 映像分野における世論運営およびユーザー管理、映像イベントプランの設計を担当し、市場の世論環境の改善を推進する。

1. Responsible for user needs insight and behavior analysis identifying pain points and requirements in user side imagingexperiences and analyzing the priority of these needs;
2. Responsible for building imaging product evaluation capabilities supporting the breakdown and refinement of imaging effects and experience directions improving coverage and objectivity in typical user scenarios and establishing a professional evaluation system;
3. Responsible for improving the processes and operational efficiency of imaging product evaluation and user research projects and gradually enhancing objective quantification capabilities and efficiency through the development of laboratory
tools;
4. Responsible for public opinion management and user engagement in the imaging field designing imaging activity plans and promoting improvements in the market public opinion environment.

1. 学歴・専攻要件：学士以上の学歴、デジタル信号処理、画像処理、光学、メディアアルゴリズム、ソフトウェアなど関連分野。
2. 職務経験要件：関連業務経験10年以上、画像および表示効果の主観・客観的基準の研究経験または製品映像効果の品質管理経験。
3. スキル要件：映像関連評価基準の原理を理解し、業界の画像主観・客観評価基準の新技術および進化理論を把握し、将来の映像発展や市場における関連分野の美的・技術的進化のトレンドを洞察・予見できること。
4. 個人能力要件：高い論理的思考力と学習能力を有し、優れたコミュニケーション能力、チームマネジメントおよびプロジェクトマネジメント能力を持つこと。

1. Educational Background and Major Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in digital signal processing image processing optics media algorithms software or related fields;
2. Work Experience Requirements: Over 10 years of relevant work experience with research experience in objective and subjective standards for image and display effects or experience in product image quality delivery management;
3. Skills Requirements: Understanding of the principles of image evaluation standards mastery of new technologies and evolving theories in industry image subjective and objective evaluation standards with the ability to anticipate and foresee future developments in imaging and trends in market aesthetics and
technological evolution in related fields;
4. Personal Ability Requirements: Strong logical thinking and learning abilities excellent communication skills team management and project management capabilities.
