1. スマートフォンのカメラ体験を向上させるために、新しいセンサー技術やトレンドセンサー技術を検索、分析、提案する。
2. 関連チームとの評価・シミュレーションにより、新技術の貢献度、価値、課題を評価する。
3. センサーの開発ロードマップと開発スケジュールを作成する。
4. 社内外のチームと新技術開発をリードし、管理する。
5. 作業環境とフレームワークの構築、実行、更新。
6. CIS特性評価とCISロジックに関する業務。


1. Search analysis and propose new or trend sensor technologies to
improve a smartphone’s camera experience.
2. Assess a contribution a value and issues of the new technology by an
evaluation and a simulation with related teams.
3. Make a sensor development roadmap and development schedule.
4. Lead and manage new technology development with internal and
external teams.
5. Build run and update a working environment and framework.
6. CIS characterization and CIS Logic related work.

1. 8年以上のイメージングおよびセンシングデバイスの研究開発経験と関連スキル
2. 研究開発企画とプロジェクトマネジメントの経験
3. センサー仕様定義の経験
4. センサデバイス分野における要素技術のPoC、製品への実装経験
5. 学会、展示会、特許等による技術動向、スタートアップ調査の経験
6. 光学、光電子、半導体、画像信号処理、カメラシステム等のシミュレーション経験
7. イメージング・センシングデバイスの原理および関連する理論的方法論の知識（光学、半導体物理/製造、アナログ/デジタル回路設計、デジタル画像処理、カメラシステムを含む）
8. イメージング/センシングデバイスおよびカメラシステムの性能評価指標に関する知識
9. 撮像/センシングデバイスおよびカメラシステムの評価経験（画質、性能、システム性能、消費電力などの主要パラメータの評価手法を提供できれば尚可
10. 論理的思考と問題解決能力

1. 8+ years of imaging and sensing device R D experience with relevant skills
2. Experience of R D planning and project management
3. Experience of defining sensor specifications
4. Experience of a PoC of elemental technology and an implementation to a product in sensor device field
5. Experience of technology trend and startup survey through conferences exhibitions patents etc.
6. Experience with the simulation such as optical optoelectronic semiconductor image signal processing and camera system
7. Knowledge of imaging and sensing device principles and related theoretical methodology （including optics semiconductor physics/manufacturing analog/digital circuit design digital image processing camera system）
8. Knowledge of imaging/sensing device and camera system performance
metrics
9. Experience with the imaging/sensing device and camera system evaluation able to provide evaluation methodology for key parameters such as image quality performance system performance and power consumption is a plus
