スマートフォン製品の画質を向上させるため、以下の観点から最先端の画像処理アルゴリズムを研究開発する。
1．新しいイメージセンサ（例：新型CFAセンサ、NIR等）やカメラモジュールに基づくISPパイプラインアーキテクチャとアルゴリズム設計をリードする。
2．ノイズ除去、デモザイク、デブラー、デフォーカス、超解像などのディープラーニングに基づく画像/映像処理アルゴリズムの研究開発をリードする。
3．計算光学、物理ベースレンダリング、計算照明、フォトメトリックステレオなどの計算写真に関する研究開発。
4．センサーの専門家と協力し、様々なセンサーデータの機械学習アルゴリズムを開発・統合する。
5．国内外の大学やサプライヤーとの協力関係の構築。

Research and develop the cutting edge image processing algorithm to improve imaging quality of smartphone product in following aspects:
1. Lead the ISP pipeline architecture and algorithm design based on novel image sensors （ex. New CFA sensor NIR etc.） or/and camera modules.
2. Lead the research and development on deep learning based image/video processing algorithms such as denoise demosaic deblur defocus super resolution etc.
3. Research and develop on computational photography such as computational optics physical based rendering computational illumination photometric stereo etc..
4. Collaborate with sensor experts to develop and integrate machine learning algorithms for a variety of sensor data.
5. Build the cooperation relationship with university/suppliers in Japan and global.

1．画像処理アルゴリズム・計算写真に関する5年以上の経験、またはディープラーニングを用いた画像処理アルゴリズムに関する3年以上の経験
2．以下領域の中、少なくとも1つに関する深い理解を有すること
・マルチカメラ画像フュージョン
・深層学習ベースの画像処理ネットワーク設計
・ツリーアルゴリズム、線形モデル、SVM、状態空間モデル、RNNなど機械学習およびディープラーニング関連のアルゴリズム開発とプロトタイピング
・デノイズ、デモザイク、デブラー、デフォーカス、超解像などのためのデータ取得または現実的なデータ劣化方法
・照度差ステレオ、物理ベースの画像（逆）レンダリング、環境光／物質推定
・計算写真、計算照明、計算光学
・センサーデータ処理、特に家電センサーデータ
・認識、生成などのコンピュータビジョン、または超解像、デブラーなどのコンピュテーショナルフォトグラフィ
・交通予測、エネルギー消費予測などの時系列モデリング
3．Pythonに習熟し、Java、C++、MATLABに精通していること。Androidアプリケーションのプロトタイピングまたは開発経験があれば尚可
4．流暢な英語と上級レベルの日本語または中国語

1.More than 5 year experience on image processing algorithm/computational photography or more than 3 year experience on deep learning based image processing algorithms
2.Deep understanding on at least one of the following domains:
Multi camera image fusion
Deep learning based image processing network design
Solid understanding and hand on project experience of a variety of machine learning and/or deep learning algorithms such as tree algorithms linear models SVM state space models RNN etc.
Data acquiring or realistic data degradation method for denoise demosaic deblur defocus super resolution etc.
Photometric stereo physical based image （inverse） rendering environment light/materials estimation
Computational photography computational illumination and computational optics
Sensor data processing particularly for consumer electronics sensor data
Computer vision such as recognition generation etc.; or computational photography such as super resolution deblur etc.
Time series modeling such as traffic prediction energy consumption forecasting etc.
3.Proficiency in Python familiar with Java C++ MATLAB; Experience with Android application prototyping or development is a huge plus
4.Fluent English for technical communication with Advanced level Japanese or Chinese
