Join a global consulting firm as a Partner for AI and Business Transformation, leading enterprise-wide AI, data, and digital transformation strategies across Japan. This executive-level role combines CxO advisory, large-scale transformation delivery, and practice growth, offering the opportunity to shape how leading organizations adopt AI responsibly and at scale. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the firm's AI consulting practice while driving measurable business impact for clients.

• Define and lead enterprise-level AI and data strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Drive large-scale transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery and long-term value creation.
• Act as a trusted executive advisor to CxO-level stakeholders across multiple industries.
• Lead business development and account growth, expanding the AI and transformation consulting portfolio.
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing consulting teams across AI, data, and digital domains.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• AI、データ、デジタル変革、または先進アナリティクス領域のコンサルティング経験
• エンタープライズ顧客の大規模な変革プログラムを主導した実績
• 経営層向けのアドバイザリー、事業開発（BD）の実績
• プラクティス運営におけるリーダーシップ実績
• AI、機械学習、アナリティクス、生成AIを現実のビジネスに適用した経験

• 様々な業界のCxOや事業責任者とリレーションを築けること
• 顧客課題の本質を見極め、AI・自動化・データ活用による解決策を提示できること

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• Extensive experience in digital transformation, AI, data, or advanced analytics within a consulting environment.
• Proven track record leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Demonstrated success in executive advisory, business development, and consulting practice leadership.
• Hands-on experience applying AI, machine learning, analytics, or generative AI to real business challenges.

• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with CxO-level executives and senior leaders.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify root business challenges and propose AI-driven solutions.
• Inspirational leadership style with a focus on collaboration, growth, and client value creation.

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Business level
