Join a leading global insurance enterprise undergoing a large-scale digital transformation, with AI positioned as a core strategic pillar. As a Principal AI Expert, you will design and build next-generation generative AI systems that combine avatars, data, and machine intelligence to transform enterprise-scale business operations. This is a senior, hands-on role offering the opportunity to deliver real, measurable AI impact in a highly regulated, mission-critical environment.

• Design and develop AI-driven applications using machine learning and generative AI models.
• Build and optimize APIs to integrate AI capabilities with existing enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain internal AI frameworks to deploy, manage, and scale ML models.
• Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve the quality and reliability of generative AI outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate, demonstrate, and productionize AI solutions.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• AIプラットフォーム、MLOps、システム開発関連の高度なエンジニアリング経験
• PythonおよびJavaを用いた本番環境での開発経験
• クラウド環境およびLinuxベースシステムの知識
• 統計・機械学習を含むデータサイエンスの知識
• ビジネス課題を論理的に分析し、実用的なAIソリューションへ落とし込む能力
