SAPコンサルタントとして、財務、物流、製造領域を中心に、エンタープライズ向けSAPソリューションの設計・導入を担当し、ビジネスとITをつなぐ重要な役割を担っていただきます。

• SAP FICO、MM、WM、PP、QMモジュールの設計・設定・導入支援
• 要件定義、ワークショップ、Fit & Gap分析の実施
• SAP ECCおよびS/4HANA環境での機能設計・設定のリード
• 単体・結合・回帰テストの計画および実施支援
• 機能仕様書の作成および開発チームとの連携
• 本番稼働後の障害対応、改善提案、運用支援
• ユーザートレーニング、マニュアル作成、定着支援など

Join a global consulting and technology services organization delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs in Japan. As a SAP Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and delivering integrated SAP solutions across finance, logistics, and manufacturing domains. This position offers hands-on involvement in enterprise-level SAP projects, working closely with business stakeholders and global delivery teams to drive system modernization and operational excellence.

• Design, configure, and deliver SAP solutions across FICO, MM, WM, PP, and QM modules.
• Participate in blueprinting, workshops, and Fit-Gap analysis with business stakeholders.
• Lead functional design and configuration within SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• Coordinate unit, integration, and regression testing activities.
• Define functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on custom developments.
• Support production systems, issue resolution, and continuous improvements.
• Deliver end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

必須条件経験・資格：

• SAPコンサルタントとしての実務経験5〜10年程度（主要モジュールを一つ以上経験していること）
• 複数モジュールが連携するSAP環境での実務経験
• SAP ECCまたはS/4HANA導入・アップグレード経験
• 財務、サプライチェーン、または製造領域における業務プロセスの知識
• ワークショップをリードできるファシリテーション力

• 5-10 years of hands-on SAP consulting experience in at least one core module.
• Practical experience working across integrated SAP landscapes.
• Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementations or upgrades.
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, or manufacturing.
