1. Overseeing the design and development of complex architectural projects, ensuring adherence to client requirements, budgets and timelines.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers and projects managers to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.
3. Adhering to design specifications, building codes and regulations to ensure design compliant.
4. Conducting site visits, managing client relationships and presenting design proposals to stakeholders.
5. Contribute to the firm's business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and participating in pitch presentations. 

Requirements: 

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in the architecture industry, preferably in senior or lead role
• Strong understanding of design principles and construction practices
• Familiar with regulatory requirements like URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA, LTA, Nparks and relevant building codes
• Technical skills such as CAD, 3D modelling and other industry-standards design tools
• Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
