Position:          SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER Formwork & Drafting (100K)

Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering and drafting for presales and active projects; develop safe and feasible formwork concepts.

• Perform structural analysis and prepare calculation packages to ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Oversee project kick‑off meetings, track deliverables, and review drawings and equipment lists.

• Collaborate with sales, field teams, inventory, and warehouse operations to support smooth project execution.

• Build and manage the engineering team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance reviews.

• Monitor KPIs such as drafting productivity, Revit utilization, contribution margin, and order processing efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 10 years of project experience; engineering leadership experience preferred.

• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

• Ability to handle technical calculations, manage multiple projects, and work under pressure.

• Excellent English communication skill.
