Position:                          Mechanical & Electrical Engineer

Industry:                          Grinding Machine Manufacturer

Location:                          Wangnoi, Ayutthaya

Working days/hours:      Monday-Friday, 1-2 Saturdays/month, 07:30-16:30 hrs.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer to support factory equipment maintenance and facility systems. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination across mechanical, electrical, environmental, and energy management systems, ensuring smooth factory operations.

• Maintenance & Control
  • Develop and execute preventive maintenance (PM) plans for machines and cranes.
• Factory Building Systems
  • Maintain and oversee systems including high voltage and factory electricity, lighting, solar rooftop, civil works, waterworks, sanitation, air conditioning, fire extinguishing, emergency signals, CCTV, and public address systems.
• Environmental Systems
  • Manage pollution treatment systems (water, air) and related environmental projects.
• Energy Management
  • Implement and monitor energy management systems and related projects.
• Mechanical Design & Installation
  • Drawing, design, copying, and improvement of machine parts.
  • Fabrication and installation of machines.
  • Handle permit applications related to machinery.
• Building & Facility Design
  • Drawing and design for buildings, factories, and facility systems.

  • Manage permit applications related to construction and facility projects.

     

Qualifications:

• Experience : 5-10 Years (Staff, Superintendent.) in related Job.
• Person Responsible for Energy (PRE, S-PRE) Certificate from Energy Dpt. will be advantage.
• Ability to read and create technical drawings, including three-view drawings
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills                   
• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

• English: Intermediate level or above to work with Japanese staff
