We are look for a seasoned Head of Software Development  to lead more than 100 engineers in delivering high-quality software solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects while ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for development teams and represent them to business, product, and project stakeholders.

• Guide and mentor team members, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Analysts to clarify requirements and provide accurate estimations.

• Organize team roles, manage performance, and oversee large-scale project execution.

• Introduce best practices and innovative solutions to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 15+ years of experience in software development (Java, JavaScript, TypeScript) and 5+ years in technical leadership.

• Hands-on experience with frameworks (Spring Boot, Node.js), CI/CD pipelines, Git, and SQL/NoSQL databases.

• Knowledge of microservices, enterprise integration patterns, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate teams.
