To further propel their growth strategy, this role is dedicated to spearheading a significant and ambitious expansion across key emerging markets within the ASEAN region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute commercial strategies for new ASEAN markets.

   

• Drive business development, customer acquisition, and market access for a diverse pharmaceutical portfolio.
• Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
• Manage budgets, forecast performance, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate extensively with regional and global teams for successful market entry and growth.
• Support the establishment and growth of new subsidiaries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, or related field.
• At least 7 years in pharmaceutical commercial leadership within ASEAN; regional leadership experience highly preferred.
• Successful product launches, sales growth, and market access across ASEAN.
• Strong understanding of the ASEAN business environment, healthcare regulatory frameworks, and reimbursement systems.
• High ethical standards, strategic thinking, and a strong compliance mindset.
• Business-level English required, proficiency in regional languages a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Asia.
