We are a manufacturer based in Samut Prakan, Thailand, specializing in surface treatment of plastic products. From mold design and injection molding to plating, painting, laser processing, printing, and assembly, we provide an integrated one-stop service and deliver high-quality products primarily to the automotive industry.                                
 

Position:                            Injection Molding Engineer

Industry:                           Manufacturing, Automotive parts, plastic injection molding, printing

Location:                           Bangsaothong, Samutprakan

Working days/hours:       Monday-Friday, 07:45-17:30 hrs. (3 Saturdays/Year)

Responsibilities:

• Standardization of molding and tooling maintenance
• Tooling design outsourced; focus on maintenance and setting molding conditions
• Example: determining molding parameters such as temperature settings
• Machines: 100–350 tons
• Preparation of WI, CP, and other process documentation (work instructions, control plans, etc.)
• Support and guidance for molding line operations, with potential to lead and control the line in the future
   

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in plastic injection molding and tooling
• Honest and reliable personality
• Has experience "Improve proposal, leading improve project, Analyze the problem" *Proactive
• Background in automotive plastic components is highly valued   
• Able to communicate in English with Japanese executives for daily working conversation
