Our client is a Thailand-based manufacturer specializing in retail-ready packaging and light assembly for trailer components and related hardware. We are looking for candidates who can fulfill the following requirements:
Position : Industrail Engineer
Location : Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, Rayong
Business Type : Manufacturer specializing in retail-ready packaging and light assembly for trailer components and related hardware.
Working day : Mon. – Fri. (8:30 AM- 5:30 PM)
Benefit :
Total Salary Package 50,000 - 70,000 THB/ month (negotiate depend on experience)

Responsibilities:
Support the setup, layout design, and process optimization of company's packaging and light assembly operation.
Assist in site evaluation and selection.
- Develop process flow, workstation layout, and equipment plans.
- Identify semi-automated packaging equipment (blister, labeling, clamshell).
- Create SOPs, QA checklists, and operator training materials.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers during setup and pilot runs.
Lead process improvement and productivity initiatives post-launch.
Qualifications
Full professional fluency in English (the entire interview process will be conducted in English).
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
3–7 years of experience within the manufacturing or packaging sectors; experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
Proficient in AutoCAD and experienced in applying Lean Manufacturing principles.
Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and regulations.
