PR/159948 | Senior E-commerce Executive / Assistant Manager

A multinational company in the Beauty, Skincare & Cosmetics industry is looking for an E-Commerce professional to manage and increase sales on online marketplace, brand.com and other online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all online sales, identify issues and marketing activity inclusive of traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting. (EC360).

• Improve website performance by continually implementing ecommerce strategies.

• Work with developers to improve website speed and high conversion via smooth customer journey.

• Work with the E-Commerce supporting team inclusive of Marketing improve quality and traffic acquisition, SCM Team (fulfilment of customer journey), Education Team for product specifications and knowledge and customer service. 

• Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance.

• Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in E-Commerce or a similar role.

• Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.

• Proficient in E-Commerce-focused digital marketing strategies.

• Skilled in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimization.

• A team player with strong communication skills, negotiation skills, positive mindset, and able to work independently.
