• サステナビリティ関連プロダクトのマネジメントやイノベーションを主導
• APAC地域のクライアントとのやりとり、ESGニーズを把握して製品開発へ反映
• プロダクトチーム、社内ステークホルダー、クライアント企業との協働による開発推進
• 市場投入に向けた製品ドキュメント・トレーニング資料の作成
• プロダクトロードマップ策定への参画および優先順位付け
• サステナビリティ／ESGに関する規制動向、マーケットトレンド、競合情報の継続的なモニタリング
• ウェビナー、業界イベント、デジタル施策を通じた製品プロモーションの推進

Join a global financial markets infrastructure leader as an APAC Product Manager focused on Sustainability and ESG solutions. In this entrepreneurial role, you will drive product innovation for data and analytics offerings across the region, partnering closely with clients and internal teams to shape impactful sustainability products. This position offers high visibility, cross-regional collaboration, and the opportunity to influence the future of sustainable investing across APAC.

• Lead product innovation and manage sustainability-related offerings aligned with strategic objectives
• Engage with APAC clients to understand sustainability requirements and incorporate insights into product development
• Collaborate with product teams, internal stakeholders, and client organizations throughout the development lifecycle
• Develop product documentation, training materials, and commercial enablement resources
• Provide strategic input to product roadmap planning and prioritize initiatives based on business goals
• Monitor regulatory updates, market trends, and competitive developments in sustainability and ESG
• Partner with marketing teams to promote sustainability products through webinars, events, and digital campaigns

• Strong passion for sustainable investing and understanding of ESG factors in investment decision-making
• Proven ability to influence and coordinate across functions and regions in complex matrix organizations
• Excellent organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects with precision
• Fluency in Japanese and English for client-facing and internal communication

• Proactive, collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for new challenges
• Strong judgment and ability to make balanced, forward-thinking decisions
• Ability to anticipate emerging sustainability trends and proactively address potential issues
