【JOB DESCRIPTION】

Position title – E-Commerce Site Operations Staff

Working hours – 9:30 AM–6:30 PM (1-hour break)

Compensation – 4,000,000 - 5,500,000 JPY (depending on experience)

Location – Tokyo, Japan

【Overview】

This role manages daily EC site operations for globally recognized luxury fashion brand in Japan, working closely with APAC and internal teams to ensure smooth site performance and customer experience.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Operate and maintain EC site using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
• Manage product pages, pricing, inventory, catalog uploads, and merchandising updates
• Coordinate promotions, campaigns, GWP setup, QA, and trading calendar execution
• Collaborate with APAC and internal teams on QA, UAT, SIT, and site improvements
• Support CX improvements with CS, logistics, IT, finance, and warehouse teams

【Requirements】

• 3+ years of e-commerce site operations experience (fashion or retail industry preferred)
• Hands-on experience with SFCC or other enterprise-level CMS platforms
• Business-level Japanese & English
• Advanced Excel skills (LOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, IF, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Currently residing in Japan and able to work on-site in Tokyo
