About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead recruitment and training initiatives. This role focuses on developing talent, designing impactful training programs, and supporting team performance to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR development and training strategies

• Design and deliver competency-based learning programs

• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and prepare performance reports

• Support leadership in team engagement and communication

• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR development and training

• At least 3 years in team management

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive, energetic, and improvement-driven

• Experience in Japanese corporate culture is an advantage
