• Act as the main point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

• Support client onboarding and provide continuous assistance to enhance their experience.

• Maintain accurate documentation and proactively resolve client inquiries.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Japanese (business level) and English.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.

• Previous experience in customer success, account management, or consulting is an advantage.
